摘　　要：目的:探讨SC3A,P27kipl,ER和PR四种肿瘤标志物在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜癌66例、子宫内膜非典型增生病变29例和正常子宫内膜组织31例SC3A抗原和P27kipl蛋白的表达,以及66例子宫内膜癌组织中ER和PR的表达。结果:在3种组织中SC3A的阳性表达率分别为81.8%,51.7%和12.9%。P27kipl的阳性表达率分别为53.0%,75.8%和87.1%。比较显示,SC3A和P27kipl的阳性率,差异有显著性和非常显著性(P<0.05和P<0.01)。66例子宫内膜癌的ER、PR阳性表达率分别为56.0%和53.0%,P>0.05。在癌组织分级表达中SC3A阳性率与子宫内膜分级差异无显著性,而P27kipl的阳性表达率则随肿瘤恶性程度的增高呈明显降低。结论:SC3A检测对子宫内膜癌的早期发现及提高检出率具有其实际应用意义。P27kipl、ER、PR检测对临床治疗中选择合理方案及预测预后都是有参考价值的指标。Objective: To study the expression of four tumor markers SC3A,P27 kipl ,estrogen receptor(ER) and progestogen receptor (PR) in endometrial carcinoma and their significances.Method: Expressions of SC3A and P27 kipl were detected by using immunohistochemical method in 66 cases with endometrial carcinoma,29cases with non-typical endometrial hyperplasia and 31 cases with normal endometrial tissues and expressions of ER and PR were detected in 66 cases with endometrial carcinoma. Results: In endometrial carcinoma,non-typical endometrial hyperplasia and normal endometrial tissues,the positive rates were 81.8%,51.7%and 12.9% respectivly.The positive rates of P27 kipl were 53.0%,75.8%and 87.1% respectively.The results showed that the positive rates of both SC3A and P27 kipl have a significant difference compared with control group (P<0.05 and P<0.01). The positive rates of ER and PR in 66 cases with endometrial carcinoma were 56.0% and 53.0% (P<0.05). There were no difference for the positive rates of SC3A in different differentiation degree of endometrial carcinoma,while the positive rates of P27 kipl were decreased following the rising degree of malignancy of the carcinoma. Conclusion: Detection of SC3A has a practical significance for the early discovery of endometrial carcinoma and improvement of detective rates.
