摘  要:对山黧豆 L athyrus sativus L . 幼苗整株,喷施一定浓度的Eu3+ 溶液吸收后,对其相关的生理指标进行测试,结果表明:与水喷比较,根中丝氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、蛋氨酸、亮氨酸、脯氨酸、胱氨酸与对照持平,缬氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、组氨酸略有升高外,其余均低于对照;茎中除精氨酸、脯氨酸、色氨酸略高于对照外,其余均低于对照;叶中除蛋氨酸、色氨酸略高于对照外,其余均低于对照.游离氨基酸总量增加时,茎>根>叶,减少时,根<茎<叶.蛋白质含量经Eu3+ 处理茎中减少,根和叶中增加;水解酶比活性根>茎>叶;Na+ 、K+ - ATPase活力却表现根>茎>叶的趋势.表明Eu3+ 对山黧豆生理活性代谢起到一定的调节作用.Lathyrus sativus L. seedlings were fully sprayed with Eu 3+ solution at certain concentrations and their physiological indexes concerned were measured after they had absorbed the solution.The results showed that in the roots of Eu 3+ solution sprayed seedlings,Ser,Gly,Ala,Met,Leu,Pro,and Cys content nearly remained unchanged,Val,Tyr,Phe,and His contents slightly increased and all the others decreased,compared with tht roots of water-sprayed seedlings;in the stems of Eu 3+ solution sprayed seedlings,Arg,Pro,and Trp contents slightly increased and all the others decreased,compared with those in the stems of water sprayed seedling;in the leaves of Eu 3+ solution sprayed seedlings,Met and Trp contents slightly increased and all the others decreased,compared with those in the leaves of water-sprayed seedlings.When the total of free amino acids in Lathyrus sativus L. seedlings increased,it divided into roots,stems and leaves in the proportion order of stems>roots>leaves;but when the total of free amino acids in Lathyrus sativus L. seedlings decreased,it divide into roots,stems and leaves in the proportion order of roots<stems<leaves.Eu 3+ solution spraying reduced the content of stem protein but increased the content of root and leaf proteins.The activities of proteolytic enzymes,Na + and K +-ATPase stood in the order of roots>stems>leaves.These indicated that Eu 3+ exerted certain regulating influence on physiological metablosism in Lathyrus sativus L.
