摘  要:目的探讨乳腺癌超声形态学表现与病理、分子生物学之间的相关性。方法对45例原发性乳腺癌患者术前行乳腺超声检查,分析乳腺癌的形态学表现。术后标本行免疫组织化学染色测定血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和抑癌基因nm23-H1的表达,并分析与超声表现之间的关系。结果45例乳腺癌中,癌肿毛刺状边缘、内部坏死与癌组织VEGF阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。癌组织nm23-H1阳性表达与肿瘤T分期呈负相关(P<0.05),而与形态学改变无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌超声形态学表现与病理、分子生物学之间存在一定相关性,可根据其超声表现对癌灶的生物学行为和预后进行评估。Objective To investigate the correlation among ultrasonographic morphologic features,pathology,and molecular biology of the breast cancer.Methods Ultrasonographic scanning was performed in 45 patients with breast cancer before operation.Ultrasonographic morphologic features were analyzed.The mastectomy specimens were stained with immunohistochemistry,and the expression of VEGF and nm23-H1 were measured.The pathologic results were compared with ultrasonographic features.Results VEGF positive expression was positively correlated with the spiculate margin and necrotic center (P<0.05).The nm23-H1 positive expression showed a significant inverse correlation with T-stage(P<0.05),but did not significantly correlate with ultrasonographic morphologic features.Conclusions There exists some correlation among ultrasonographic morphologic features,pathology,and molecular biology factors in breast cancer to certain extent.The biologic behavior and prognosis can be assessed according to ultrasonographic features.
