肌肉系统病变的高频超声声像图分析

摘　　要：目的分析高频超声下肌肉系统病变超声声像图表现。方法应用彩色多普勒超声对76例患者肌肉软组织病变进行检查,观察并记录病变的回声特性、大小、范围、边界、内部回声、结构等。结果高频超声对76例患者的检查敏感性为100%,肌腱断裂、韧带状纤维瘤、肌肉损伤、肌肉肿瘤及炎性病变等在声像图上有特异性改变。结论高频超声能够清晰显示肌肉系统病变的物理性质,对该类病变有较高的诊断敏感性和特异性。Objective To analyse the ultrasonograph ic appearances of muscular and soft tissue diseases using high frequency ultraso und. Methods A total of 76 patients with local muscular and so ft tissue lesions were examined with high frequency ultrasound probe.Echogenicit y,size,range,border,and internal echoes of the affected zone were recorded. Results By high frequency ultrasound examination,all 76 l esions in 76 cases were detected,that is,the sensitivity was 100%.Diseases like Achilles's tendon discontinuity,ligamentous fibroma,muscular trauma,intramuscula r tumour and inflammation,etc were identified on ultrasound. Conclusions High frequency ultrasound can sensitively rev eal detailed physical characteristics of all muscles and soft tissues lesions.It is an ideal method to diagnose such lesions without a doubt.
