摘　　要：目的研究功能性消化不良(FD)胃排空延迟与胃中间横带(MTB)关系及作用机制。方法以MTB为界,将胃分为近端与远端胃,应用SPECT技术检测了60例FD患者,50例正常健康者(HS)及15例正常大剂量摄入志愿者的胃排空、面积、食物在胃内的分布。结果FD组排空延迟,残留率增加;正常大剂量组半排时间延长,MTB面积增大;FD组远端胃及MTB面积自始至终大于HS组,其胃内分布以远端明显。结论胃排空延迟与MTB面积增大有关;食物在远端胃的分布与潴留可引起消化道症状;MTB直接控制食物在胃内的转运、分布及排空,其作用类似心脏的房室瓣。Objective To study the relationship between delayed gastric emptying and midgastric transverse band (MTB).Methods The stomach was divided into the proximal and distal parts through the MTB.The gastric emptying,areas and intragastric distribution were investigated in 60 functional dyspepsia (FD),50 healthy subjects (HS) and 15 HS with more test meal by SPECT technique.Results Delayed gastric emptying and increased gastric remains were observed in the proximal,distal stomach of FD.The half gastric emptying time was prolonged and area of MTB was enlarged on HS with more test meal.The areas of distal stomach and MTB in FD were larger than those on HS from start to finish.Introgastric distribution of the food was obvious in the distal stomach.Conclusion Delayed gastric emptying was related to enlarged area of MTB.Some dyspeptic symptoms may be produced by abnormal distribution and increased storage of food in the distal stomach.MTB regulates transfer,distribution and emptying of food in the stomach.It may be similar to the atrio-ventricular valve in function.
