摘 要:根据下摆式递纸机构递纸牙的运动特性,采用五次多项式来模拟递纸牙的运动规律。建立了以递纸牙运动特性作为目标函数的优化设计数学模型,探讨了求解方法。并针对实例进行了优化设计,可以在满足递纸牙运动特性的前提下获得最优方案,验证了该方法的正确性。According to the motion characteristics of paper-feeding tooth in the downward swing paper-feeding mechanism, and by adopting the fifth ordered multinomial the motion law of paper-feeding tooth was simulated. The mathematical model of the optimization design, which takes the motion characteristics of paper-feeding tooth as the objective function, was established, and the solving method was discussed. Aimed against a living example an optimization design was carried out, which could obtain the optimal plan under the premise of satisfying the motion characteristics of paper-feeding tooth and verified the correctness of this method. This method has certain reference value to the design of product of the same kind.
