摘　　要：煤炭企业管理理念的变化,对煤炭企业成本管理提出了新的要求,因此,重新构建煤炭企业的成本管理模式成为必然。将企业成本管理与企业战略相联系,结合作业管理理念,从煤炭企业的战略层次和技术层次上构建了一个基于企业战略的煤炭成本管理新模式。With the change of management concept in coal enterprises,the costing management in coal enterprise has fostered a lot of new ideas.It is necessary to reengineer the costing management model in coal enterprises.This paper combines enterprises cost management with enterprise strategy,through the idea of activity-based management,establishes a new costing management model based enterprise strategy in coal enterprise.
