电控中压共轨系统的设计及喷油特性分析

摘  要:电控共轨系统的喷油定时和共轨压力能够进行独立控制 ,表现出传统喷油系统无法比拟的优势。本文采用MC6 8HC90 8GP32型单片机实现了电控单元的设计 ,实测了基于HEUI A增压式喷油器的喷油规律。结果表明随着共轨压力的升高 ,喷油器响应加快 ,喷油速率提高 ;喷油控制脉宽的增大延长了阀门打开时间 ,使喷油持续期延长。通过控制共轨压力和控制脉宽可实现灵活的喷油规律。The electronically controlled common rail system presents many advanta ges,because the injection timing and common rail pressure can be controlled inde pendently.An electronic control unit(ECU) with MC68HC908 single chip micyoco( SCM ) to realize control functions was developed,and experiments about the injection system based on HEUI-A injector were conducted.The purpose of this project is t o study the factors that affect injection characteristics.The results indicate t hat the injector has faster response when the common rail pressure rises,and the injection rate increases. On the other hand, the extension of control pulse wi dth adds the valve open time,which increases the injection duration.The flexible in jection characteristics can be acquired by controlling common rail pressure and pulse width coordinately.
