抑癌基因PTEN在鼻内翻性乳头状瘤中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测抑癌基因PTEN在鼻腔、鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤(Nasalinvertedpapilloms,NIP)组织的表达情况,探讨PTEN与NIP发生发展和癌变之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC染色法观察鼻腔正常组织、NIP组织和癌变NIP组织中PTEN蛋白的表达,并分析其与增生状态、病理组织类型的关系。结果PTEN在鼻腔正常组织的表达阳性率(100%)高于NIP组织的表达阳性率(69.4%),其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不典型增生NIP表达阳性率(75.0%)与良性NIP表达阳性率(81.3%)之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);癌变NIP表达阳性率(37.5%)和不典型增生NIP(75.0%)、良性NIP(81.3%)相比具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论抑癌基因PTEN在NIP瘤细胞增生、增殖过程作用和意义不明显;而在控制NIP瘤细胞转化恶变过程有重要作用,对其表达缺失的检测可以作为判断NIP癌变的客观生物指标。Objective To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene PTEN in Nasal inverted papillomas (NIP) and the relationship between PTEN and the progression or canceration of NIP. Method The SABC immunohistochemistry method was employed to detect the expression of PTEN in normal tissues, NIP tissues and cancerated NIP tissues?The relationship between the gene-expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Result Expression of PTEN in normal cases (100%) was higher than that in NIP cases (69.4%). While that in NIP cases(81.3%) and atypical NIP cases (75.0%) are significance higher than that in cancerated NIP cases(37.5%). Conclusion It is presumed that suppressor gene PTEN play a role in the canceration of NIP, and the detection of the expression of tumor suppressor gene PTEN can be identified one of parameters of judging in canceration of NIP.
