路泰对晚期癌症患者临床止痛效果的研究

摘　　要：目的评价路泰控释片对晚期癌症的止痛效果。方法400例经病理检查证实的晚期癌症疼痛患者,每12h口服或顿服路泰控释片30-60mg,观察止痛效果。结果400例晚期癌症疼痛患者,疼痛完全缓解率(CR)67%,明显缓解率(PR)21%,总缓解率(RR)88%。无明显毒副作用、蓄积毒性及吗啡样成瘾性,个别病例可出现短暂眩晕,便秘及恶心、呕吐,停药后副作用可自行消失。结论路泰控释片的疗效确切,副作用小,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect of SRM-Rhotard on advanced cancer pain. Methods SRM-Rhotard was used to treat 400 cases of advanced cancer proven by histopathological analysis with severe pain. According to effect of pain relief, their dosage per day was 30-60 mg. Results The results showed that complete remission rate (CR) was 67%, obvious remission rate (PR) was 21%, and total remission rate (RR) was 88%. Severe side effects, obvious accumulate toxicity and addiction were not found. The main side effects in the minority of patients included dizziness, constipation, nausea and vomiting. These side effects disappeared after stop using SRM-Rhotard.Conclusions SRM-Rhotard can effectively remit advanced cancer pain with mild side effects, so it is worth popularizing of its application.
