摘  要:目的:研究Alzheimer病(AD)、轻度认知障碍(MCI)扩散加权成像的异常改变,并与正常认知的老年志愿者(NC)进行比较。方法:对AD组13例、MCI组20例及NC组18例行扩散加权成像,测定双侧海马、颞顶叶及扣带回前、后部的表观扩散系数(ADC)。结果:AD、MCI及NC三组间海马的ADC差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),ADNC、ADMCI组间颞顶联合区的ADC差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),三组扣带回前部、后部的ADC差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:扩散加权成像能发现AD、MCI患者海马ADC的异常,可用于反映AD的超微病理改变。Objective:To study the abnomal changes of the diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) of Alzheimer′s disease(AD) patients and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) patients,and to compare with normal cognitive (NC) voluteers.Methods:DWI were obtained in 13 patients with AD,20 patients with MCI,and 18 healthy voluteers.Regions of interest were drawn to compare the appearent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of hippocampus,temporoparietal region,anterior and posterior cingulate gyrus.Results:The ADC of hippocampus were different significantly among AD,MCI,and NC.The ADC of temporoparietal region were also different significantly between AD and NC,AD and MCI.The ADC of anterior and posterior cingulate gyrus were not different significantly among three groups.Conclusion:DWI can find the changes of ADC of hippocampus among three groups,it can be used to reflect micropathology of AD.
