当代大学生素质结构优化原则探析

摘　　要：鉴于对大学生素质结构的理解,通过分析当代大学生素质结构的现状,进而提出培养原则,这些原则指导着大学生素质结构优化的全过程,主要包括:“四育”结合原则、“知识—能力—精神”递进和互动原则、人本原则、创新原则、幸福原则、开放性原则等。The paper analyzes the current situation of modern college students’quality and then put forwards some cultivation principles which will guides the whole process of refine quality structure of colleges students, mainly including the four education principle, mutual principle, human principle, creative principle, happy principle and open principle.
