高校文科学报编辑“基本功”养成策略简论

摘　　要：高校文科学报编辑是一支庞大的队伍,扎实的基本功的养成是做好编辑工作的前提。明晰党和国家的大政方针,掌握相关的法律、法规和条例,熟知学报的编辑流程,提升学报编辑的素养是培养编辑基本功的重要手段。The number of editors of liberal arts periodicals of institutions of higher learning is very large.The training of basic skills is the precondition of for them to do the editorial work well.It is important means to understand the policies of the Party and the nation,grasp the relevant laws,regulations and acts,familiarize with the editing flow of periodicals and promote the quality of editors of periodicals.
