摘  要:目的:探讨外源性小剂量糖皮质激素(GCs)对颞叶癫痫大鼠海马超微结构的影响。方法:对雄性Wister大鼠小剂量地塞米松(DEX)短期预处理后,以海人酸杏仁核微量注射建立经典的颞叶癫痫化学点燃模型,分别于点燃后第14天、第21天对大鼠海马CA1区神经细胞进行超微结构观察,并对突触活性参数量化分析。结果:小剂量GCs对颞叶癫痫大鼠海马CA1区神经细胞、突触超微结构存在较为远期的影响。结论:小剂量GCs对颞叶癫痫大鼠海马CA1区神经细胞和突触超微结构有保护作用。Objective:To investigate the influence of low-dose DEX on the ultrastructure of CA1 region in hippocampus in temporal lobe epileptic male rats.Methods:Wister male rats was short-term pretreated with Low-dose DEX, Temporal lobe epileptic typical model was established in the subjects kindled by Kainic acid microinjected into right Nucleus amygdalae.Ultrastructural observation of nerve cells and synapses in CA1 region was performed on the 14th, the 21th day after Kainic acid injection, respectively.Results:There existed long-term influence of low-dose DEX on the ultrastructure and activity of nerve cells and synapses in CA1 region in temporal lobe epileptic rats.Conclusion:There was protective role of low-dose DEX on nerve cells and synapses in CA1 region in temporal lobe epileptic male rats.
