摘  要:为比较双皮菌属和钙皮菌属两个相近粘菌属子实体表面钙质结晶和元素组成的差别,以评判这些特征在这两个粘菌属鉴定分类中的价值,选取了两属的代表种半圆双皮菌Didermahemisphaericum和黄柄钙皮菌Didymium iridis进行了扫描电镜观察和X射线能谱微区分析。扫描电镜观察显示半圆双皮菌囊被表面的钙质沉积物为紧密排列的不定形颗粒状结构,而黄柄钙皮菌则为星芒状的结晶态。对相应区域进行的X射线能谱微区分析表明,两供试菌的囊被表面的无机离子主要为钙,而在微量元素的组成上存在差异,半圆双皮菌含有铝,而黄柄钙皮菌含有磷和硫。研究结果证实以囊被表面钙质结晶的结构作为划分两属的主要形态学依据是准确的,且囊被表面的元素组成在不同粘菌种间存在差异。In this paper the differences of calcareous crystals and chemical element were investigated in the fruiting body of two related myxomycete genera——Diderma and Didymium. Didymium iridis and Diderma hemisphaericum were observed as representative species in two genera under scanning electron microscope (SEM) and analyzed by X-ray energy dispersive analysis (EDS). The results showed that there were obvious differences between the two species in the type of calcareous deposits of peridium surface. In D. hemisphaericum, the calcareous deposits were globular amorphous, while they were in the form of rhombic crystalline in D. iridis. By using X-ray energy dispersive analysis (EDS), it was determined that calcium was the most abundant mineral deposited in the peridium of the two species besides carbon and oxygen. Furthermore, in D. hemisphaericum, aluminum was detected in trace amounts, whereas phosphorus and sulfur instead of aluminum were detected in trace amounts in D. iridis.
