间接检眼镜照射对人眼视网膜的损伤

摘　　要：观察间接检眼镜对２例病人眼视网膜光损伤的超微结构改变。照射时间为２０ｍｉｎ，在透射电镜下见到脉络膜血管扩张，视网膜各层内线粒体肿胀、空泡形成，外核层散在固缩核，神经纤维肿胀。其中１例妊娠女性患者的视网膜损伤重于另１例男性病人。he u ItraStructural changes of photic injury to the retina of two patients caused by indirectophthalmoscope were studied.The duration of expOsure was 20 minutes。 Under transmission electronmicroscope,dilation of the choroidal vessels,swelling and vacule formation at all retinal layers,disparsed pyknotiC nuclei among the ou ter nuclear layer and swell ing of the nerve fIbers were fou nd。The retina of the pregnant woman was injured more severel y than the t of th e male patien t。
