摘　　要：改革开放以来,随着私营经济的发展壮大,私营企业中工人权益保障与私营企业发展的矛盾逐渐尖锐,只有采取切实可行的措施,保障私营企业工人合法权益,妥善协调劳资关系,才能保持私营经济健康发展,构建社会主义和谐社会。<Abstrcat> With the development of the private economy since the reforms and opening policies, there has been an increasing contradiction between the warranty of the workers' rights and interests and the development of private businesses. So, the writers of this paper assume that only proper measures are taken to warrant the workers' rights and interests of the private businesses can the private economy maintain a healthy growth, and harmonious society come true.
