摘　　要：水电多经产业经过20多年的发展,取得了很大的成就,但也存在一些问题,如产权地位不清晰,管理体制、机制不健全,从属主业,不完全独立的法人地位等,多数多经企业没有真正进入市场。为此,必须转变观念,打造企业核心竞争力,实行企业改制,使多经企业走上健康可持续发展之路。It has acquired great achievements in water and electricity industries in the past 20 years. However many questions still exist, such as ambiguity of property right; imperfect of management system and mechanisms; incomplete corporative right, etc. Many diversified economic enterprises have not really entered the market. Therefore, we must change our senses, try our best to enhance the core competition of the enterprise, and reorganize our enterprise system, in order to make such enterprise go on the road of health and sustainable development.
