摘　　要：科研项目管理是一项系统工程,传统的高校科研项目管理模式已无法适应当前科研迅速发展的的要求。针对高校科研项目管理特点,提出了.NET技术支持下的基于网络的高校科研项目管理系统的设计思想,并给出了具体开发框架。The scientific item management is system engineering. The traditional pattern of scientific item management in colleges has many disadvantages and cannot suit the requirements of development. According to the characteristics of scientific item management in colleges, the design methodology and development architecture of the network-based scientific item management information system under the support of .NET technique are put forward.
