摘　　要：深入了解美国高校竞技体育管理体制的发展现状,找出我国高校竞技体育管理体制中所存在的问题,从中美高校竞技体育管理体制出发,对NCAA和大学生体协的机构设置、性质、管理模式、运作机制等问题进行比较研究结果表明,中美高校竞技在各自国家竞技体育发展中所起的作用不同,经费、管理体制。This paper focus on management system of China and America college competitive sport, demonstrated the mechanism nature, management mode, running mechanism of NCAA and China college sport association, all of which is to understand the status quo of NCAA and find the problems in the management system of China college sport association, meanwhile, it provided experience for the development of China college competitive sport.
