摘　　要：在当前竞争日益激烈的背景下,知识已经成为企业竞争力的源泉,建立企业知识库是企业进一步发展所必需的基础和企业实现持续竞争优势的保证。本文在对企业知识进行分类的基础上,研究了企业知识库的概念、内容及构建和管理的方式。Knowledge is the source of corporate core competence,then it is necessary that corporate construct and manage the knowledge warehouse to gain sustainable competitive advantage. this paper classify the corporate knowledge and the meaning of knowledge warehouse,then suppose the method of knowledge warehouse construct and management.
