摘　　要：从防汛指挥一船多用等使用要求出发,综合考虑防汛船的布置、总体性能和设备选型,保证船舶的通信、救险。From the view of requirements of multi-function for the flood defenseship, the design takes into account general arrangement, performance and equipment selection, to ensure the functions of communication, rescue and transmitting materials and so on.
