摘  要:以《中国高校科技统计资料》为基础数据,对教育部确定的西部重点建设的13所高校2001和2002年两年的科技情况进行了整理、计算及比较分析。分析表明,13所高校当中,西北大学、广西大学、云南大学等几所教育部直属高校、211工程高校的科研整体实力明显高于其他高校。内蒙古农业大学、新疆大学、青海大学等几所民族特色突出的高校科研经费、题均经费、科研课题等方面增速比较快。但从总体上看,13所高校在科研鉴定成果、获奖成果和技术转让收入三项指标上都很低,说明这些高校在科研的产出质量方面有待提高。To sort out, calculate and analyze the scientific information of 2001 and 2002 of 13 universities, which are determined by the Ministry of Education to give priority development in western China. Basic data is from The Scientific Statistics of Chinese Universities. The analysis shows that the overall scientific strength of some universities directly under the Ministry of Education such as Northwest University, Guangxi University, Yunnan Univesity, and of 211 project universities is obviously stronger than other universities. The cost of scientific research, average cost for each research project, scientific research item, etc. of some universities with minority characteristic such as Inner Mongolia Agriculture University, Xinjiang University and Qinghai University, are rising rapidly. However 13 universities have low indexes in the scientific research appraisal, achievements and technology transfer income. It means that these universities should improve in the filed of input-output quality of scientific research.
