烫伤对大鼠视上核催产素神经元的影响

摘　　要：为研究催产素（ＯＴ）与应激过程的关系，本实验采用免疫细胞化学（ＰＡＰ）法，微机图像分析仪相对定量测定，观察了烫伤后即刻、１、２、３、４小时大鼠下丘脑视上核ＯＴ阳性细胞的变化。备鼠取ＯＴ阳性细胞面积最大的８张切片作为总面积。结果显示烫伤后２小时视上核ＯＴ阳性细胞的总面积比烫伤前增大了８２％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示ＯＴ与受伤应激有关。To investigate the possibility that oxytocin(OT) containing cells may change morphologically in body's reaction to stress, the effects of scalding on OT-immunoreactive (OT-ir) cells in the rat supraoptic nucleus (SON) were observed immediately after scalding and 1、2、3、4h postscalding by using immunocytochemlcal (PAP technique) method and microcomputer image analysis. The results showed that the total areas of OT-ir cells in the SON, ie, the sum of eight largest area sections of the 2h postscalding rats were significantly increased by 82% as compared with the control rats (P<0.05). This study provides evidence that OT-containing cells undergo not only functional but also morphological changes in response to stessful stimule
