摘　　要：科技型中小企业是我国经济增长、社会进步与提高综合国力的重要力量。在国内外科技型中小企业融资机制研究综述的基础上,提出科技型中小企业融资创新机制研究的内容、重要观点、技术路径与研究特色,不啻具有创新意义。The middle and small-sized enterprise of science and technology is very important in the economical growth, social development and enhancing the comprehensive national power. Based on the theory of financial mechanism of the small and medium-sized enterprise of science and technology, the paper put forward researching content, viewpoint, the rote of technology and characteristic of the study.
