摘　　要：在文[1]中,刘春生先生断言“投票悖论是一种典型的逻辑悖论”,但在其论证中却存在着约定前提含义不明和一些逻辑错误。另一方面,由于“投票”悖论只是人类社会生活中发生的真实现象的一种反映,所以它不构成逻辑悖论。In[1],Mr.Liu Chun-Sheng declared that'Because the outcome obeyed the dased logic rule voting paradox is one of typical logic paradox.'However,in the exposition there are some equivocal expressions and logial mistakes.On the other hand,since 'voting paradox' is a reflection of some realistic phenomena in human society,it is not a logical paradox.
