摘 要:创新是指开辟人类所未曾有过的、能够充分体现乃至提高人类本质力量的任何事业,是包括创意、创作、创造、创制和创势在内的动态系统。文化是人对环境挑战所作的应战,包括应战的过程和结果,以及在应战过程中逐步发展起来、在应战结果中充分显示出来的人的本质力量。创新文化的特质,在于必须全面调动人的应战手段并辩证地加以运用,全面培育和提升人的本质力量,以及在此基础上促成某种新事物的出现。塑造企业创新价值观,要下工夫培育和贯彻七种意识:信念、实干、集成、奉献、竞争、超前、宽容。Innovation means to create anything that has never been present and can raise the power of human nature. Innovation is a dynamic system, including producing of new ideas, creating new work, inventing, manufacturing, and modifying new trends. Culture is how to confront the challenge of environment, including process, results, and the power of human nature developed through the process. The characteristics of an innovation culture lie in adjustment and use of methods of confronting the challenge to promote the power of human nature. This will result in the emergence of new things built on this foundation. The modification of a creative corporate value includes the following levels of consciousnesses: belief, real facts, integration, dedication, competition, being ahead, and tolerance.
