TGFα基因和某些癌基因在人膀胱癌细胞系BIU-87中的表达

摘　　要：本文应用Northern和Dot印渍分析检测了我国新建人膀胱癌细胞系BIU－87中TGFα基因以及某些癌基因的表达情况，发现BIU—87细胞中有TGFα、c—myc、c—fos、erbB等基因的表达，而作为对照的正常膀胱组织中没有检测到这些基因的表达。提示多种基因的异常表达在膀胱肿瘤细胞的恶性增殖过程中起一定的作用。Using Northern and dot blot analysis,we investigated the expressions of TGFα gene and some oncogenes in human bladder carcinoma cell line BIU-87. We found expressions of TGFαgene, c-myc, c-fos,erbB in BIU-87 cells-. In contrast, no expressions of these genes could be detected in normal bladder tissues as control. These data suggest that TGFα,c-myc,c-fos and erbB genes are responsible for the abnormal growth of bladder cancer.
