摘　　要：应用斑点印渍杂交方法发现蛋白激酶C激活剂EGF、TGFα能诱导人膀胱移行上皮癌BIU－87细胞中TGFα基因的转录。提示蛋白激酶C的激活可能是调节TGFα基因表达的途径之一，TGFα基因转录过程中存在自身诱导机制。Using dot blot analysis, we found that agents regalation protein kinase C activity,such as EGF and TGFα can induce the expression of TGFα gene in bladder transitional cell carcinoma BIU - 87 cells. This data suggests that TGFα mRNA can be modulated in a protein kinase C dependent manner and there is an auto-induction the transcription of TGFα gene.
