摘 要:利用凝胶相图和粘度测定研究了组成对甲阶酚醛树脂(PF)/硼酸盐(Na2B4O7·10H2O)(SB)水溶液体系凝胶化的影响。结果表明,只有当PF浓度C≥Cgel(凝胶形成的最低树脂浓度)时,PF/SB水溶液体系才能凝胶化随着SB浓度的增大,体系出现溶胶-凝胶-溶胶的相转变现象,即过多地使用SB不利于体系的凝胶化;在羟甲基含量基本相同的情况下,PF的分子量越大,Cgel越小,越有利于体系的凝胶化;随着碱含量的增大,体系的凝胶范围逐渐减小,CKOH= 3.0 mol/L时,体系在任何PF和SB浓度下都不能形成凝胶。Cgel≈1/[η]([η]为树脂溶液的特性粘度),Cgel可以通过测定树脂溶液的[η]作近似估计。Influence of the composition on gelatification of phenol-formaldehyde (PF) resol resin/borate (Na2B4O7·10H2O) (SB) aqueous solution systems was investigated by the phase diagram and the viscosity measurement. The result showed that the systems can form gels when PF concentration C greater than or equal Cgel (the lowest resin concentration at which the system undergoes gelation). Under certain conditions, the system underwent a sol-gel-sol transition with the increasing of SB concentration. Cgel decreases with the increasing of PF molecular weight. The gel region gradually contraction with the increasing of alkali contents in the system. The system can not form the gel when CKOH = 3.00 mol/L. Cgel [similar to] 1/[η](the intrinsic viscosity). So the Cgel can be estimated from viscosity measurements.
