β-环糊精在丹参片制备中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究β-环糊精在丹参片制备中对丹参酮ⅡA含量的影响。方法:以丹参酮ⅡA含量为指标,对应用β-环糊精制备的丹参片与原工艺制备的丹参片进行比较。结果:在丹参片制备中应用β环糊精后丹参酮ⅡA的含量增加。结论:β-环糊精有助于丹参酮ⅡA的稳定。Objective:To investigate the effect of applying β-cyclodextrin to Danshenpian preparation on tanshinone ⅡA content. Methods:Taking the tanshinone ⅡA as the parameter,the tablets of applying β-cyclodextrin to Danshenpian preparation and the tablets prepared according to original Danshenpian process were compared.Results:The tanshinone ⅡA content in the tablets of applying β-cyclodextrin to Danshenpian preparation augmented.Conclusion:β-cyclodextrin is helpful to stabilization of tanshinone ⅡA.
