自拟清胃汤加减治疗成人牙周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨使用中药自拟清胃汤加减治疗成人牙周炎的疗效。方法:选取160例成人牙周炎患者,随机分为两组,中药治疗组:内服自拟清胃汤加减;西药对照组:口服头孢拉定胶囊,甲硝唑片,6天复诊,测量并记录治疗前后牙龈指数、牙周袋深度、附着丧失及牙松动度,对比观察两组的临床疗效。进行统计分析。结果:中药治疗组治疗前后牙龈指数、牙周袋深度、附着丧失和牙松动度,经配对t检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);西药对照组治疗前后相应牙周各参数,经配对t检验差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对于中药治疗组与西药对照组治疗前后各指标的差值采用成组t检验或校正t检验表明:两组牙龈指数、牙周袋深度、牙松动度的改变在两组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组附着丧失的改变在两组间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清胃汤治疗成人牙周炎有效且安全,副作用小,值得进一步研究和推广。Objective:To study the clinical effects of the Chinese herbal medicine Qing-wei-Tang in the Treatment of adult periodontitis.Method:160 patients with adult periodontitis were randomly allocated into two groups.80 examples were taken Chinese herbal medicine Qing-wei-Tang 6 days in the treatment group.80 examples were taken Cephradine capsules and Metronidazole 6 days in the control group.Several periodontal parameters were evaluated including GI(ginginvitis index),PD(periodontal pocket depth),PAL(loss of attachment) and TM(tooth mobility).Statistical analysis was done.Results:As for the treatment group,the pre-treatment and post-treatment values of GI,PD,PAL and TM had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).As for the control group, these parameters of pre-reatment and post-treatment also had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Between these two groups,the variation of pre-treatment and post-treatment of GI,PD,PAL and TM showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese herbal medicine Qing-wei Tang is an effective and safe prescription.It is worthy to the further research with expand.
