摘  要:目的探讨脂肪代谢促进剂左旋肉毒碱对肝功能储备和肝癌生长的影响。方法临床确诊的原发性肝癌合并肝硬化患者26例,按入院先后次序交替地分为对照组和治疗组。对照组11例,接受基础护肝治疗。治疗组15例,接受左旋肉毒碱和与对照组相同的基础护肝治疗。两组患者均在治疗前和治疗后30天做肝脏CT检查,计算肿瘤月增长率;在治疗前、治疗后15和30天,测定血清白蛋白、总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、凝血酶原时间。结果两组患者的肿瘤月增长率差异无显著性;治疗组的血清白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、凝血酶原时间的恢复状况显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论左旋肉毒碱可以显著改善肝功能储备,具有显著的护肝作用。左旋肉毒碱对肝癌的生长既无促进作用也无抑制作用。Objective To explore the effects of levo-carnitine on the hepatic function reserve and liver cancer growth. Methods According to admission timing, 26 patients with liver cancer and cirrhosis were divided alternately into Group A(n = 11)and B(n = 15). Group A received basic liver-protecting therapy. Group B received levo-carnitine and basic liver-protecting therapy as group A. The computer tomography of liver were performed before and 30 days after treatment and the monthly tumor growth rate were calculated. Serum albumin, total bilirubin, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase pre-treatment, and prothrombin time on the post-treatment day 15 and 30 were determinated in two groups. Results Group B was significantly superior to group A in the improvement of albumin, transaminase, and prothrombin time. The monthly tumor growth rate in two groups had no significant difference. Conclusion Levo-carnitine has a protective effect on the liver function and its reserve. However, it can neither stimulate nor inhibit the growth of liver cancer.
