摘  要:目的探讨G6PD缺陷新生儿光疗时氧自由基变化。方法将G6PD缺陷光疗新生儿随机分维生素E干预组与对照组,测定比较超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、活性氧(ROS)、总胆红素(TB)、血红蛋白(HB)及光疗指数。结果各组30例,光疗前干预组与对照组各指标无显著差异(P>0.05),两组比正常新生儿组MDA、ROS高,HB、SOD低(P<0.01或0.05)。对照组光疗24hSOD、HB降低,MDA增高。光疗24、36、48h干预组比对照组SOD、HB高,MDA、ROS低、光疗指数小(P<0.01或0.05)。结论G6PD缺陷新生儿光疗时,氧自由基致红细胞脂质过氧化损伤加重,溶血加剧,维生素E有保护作用。Objective To study the changes of oxygen free radical(OFR) in G6PD deficient neonates with hyper-bilirubinemia during phototherapy. Methods The G6PD deficient neonates were randomly divided into vitamin E treatment group and control group, each group containing 30 patients. The concentrations of blood superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),reactive oxygen species(ROS),total bilirubin(TB) and hemoglobin(HB), and the index of phototherapy were measured and compared before and after phototherapy in both groups. Results The concentrations of blood SOD, MDA, ROS, TB and HB were not significantly different before phototherapy between the treatment group and control one(P>0.05). Compared with the healthy neonates, the concentration of blood MDA and ROS was significantly higher, and that of blood HB and SOD was significantly lower in both groups(P<0.01 or 0.05). The concentration of blood SOD and HB decreased, and blood MDA level increased in the control group 24 hours after phototherapy. Compared with the control group, the concentration of blood SOD and HB was significantly higher, that of blood MDA and ROS was significantly lower, and the index of phototherapy was significantly smaller(P<0.01 or 0.05)in the treatment group at 24, 36 and 48 hours after phototherapy. [WTHZ]Conclusion Phototherapy for G6PD deficient neonates with hyper-bilirubinemia increased the lipid peroxidative damage of red blood cells and hemolysis resulted from OFR, and vitamin E could alleviate the damage.
