摘　　要：深部脑刺激(DBS)治疗是目前手术治疗帕金森病最有效的方法。本文介绍了DBS治疗帕金森病过程中可能出现的一些临床问题以及预防措施。我们认为正确选择手术适应证,术中准确定位是降低手术风险,提高疗效的最关键因素。这要求我们谨慎处理各个环节,规范手术细节,结合影像学与神经电生理进行双重定位,合理选择靶点。This article introduces the clinical problems and the preventive measures of deep brain stimulation (DBS). We think the firm evaluation of the op erative indications and the exact intra-operative location as the crucial factor s to promote the curative effect. In order to reduce the operation risks and imp rove the efficacy, we must argue every detail of every patient cautiously, stand to the surgery standards, locate the target with the help of imaging and electr o-neurophysiology, and choose the appropriate target.
