摘　　要：平板烘干机因物料受热均匀,破碎率低,干燥时间短,耗电量小,制造成本低廉,便于操作和维修等诸多优点而被广泛应用于食用植物油制取以及粮食贮藏与加工。依据干燥理论,研究平板烘干机的工艺性能,建立一个较为详尽、精确、完整的工艺计算过程很有必要。Plate toasting machine is used widely in grain and oil processing plants due to its multi-advantages,such as well-distributed heating,not easy broken,shorter processing time,less power consumption, cheaper cost and easy to operate or repair.It's very important to study its technical properties and calculate every data accurately.
