急性淋巴细胞性白血病和非何杰金氏淋巴瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞CD2、CD4和CD8mRNA的表达

摘　　要：采用ＲＮＡ斑点杂交技术检测了Ｔ细胞系来源的９例急性淋巴细胞性白血病（ＡＬＬ）和１０例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤（ＮＨＬ）以及１６例正常人外周血淋巴细胞ＣＤ２、ＣＤ４和ＣＤ８ｍＲＮＡ表达水平，发现ＡＬＬ和ＮＨＬ患者ＣＤ２ｍＲＮＡ与正常人相比明显升高，ＮＨＬ患者的ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值有极显著性升高。本结果为首次报道。The paper for the first time reports the detection of the levels of CD2, CD4 and CD8 mRNA expression in peripheral blood lymphocytes from 9 cases with T- acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) and 10 cases with T-non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) by using RNA dot blotting technique. It was found that the levels of CD2 mRNA in the two groups of patients were significantly higher than those in the normals. The ratios of the CD4 to CD8 mRNA were also increased in patients with NHL. The significance of this study was discussed.
