挫伤性大范围虹膜根部断离修复术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨挫伤性大范围虹膜根部断离的临床特点和修复手术方法。方法挫伤性虹膜根部断离41例(41眼)。断离范围60°～240°。修复手术过程中,在29眼中使用黏弹剂,在11眼中应用虹膜钩。对其临床特点和修复手术方法进行总结分析。结果所有患者的虹膜根部断离均得到修复,未出现并发症。术后瞳孔基本恢复圆形或椭圆形,复视症状消失。结论挫伤性大范围的虹膜根部断离应该把握时机、积极修复,黏弹剂和虹膜钩的应用有助于手术的顺利完成。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic and microsurgical repair methods of wide contusive iridodialysis. Methods Clinical characteristic and mirosurgical repair methods of 41 eyes of 41 patients whose iridodialysis extent in 60°-240° were studied.During these operations,sodium hyaluronate was used in 29 eyes,and iris hook was used in 11 eyes. Results After surgeries,all the iridodialysis were repaired and no new complications related to the operation happened,all the pupils became circular or elliptic,and all the diplopia disappeared. Conclusion Microsurgical repair of wide contusive iridodialysis should be actively completed considering the operation chance,and the application of sodium hyaluronate and iris hook will be useful for repair operations.
