摘　　要：目的探讨穹隆部结膜小切口下睑眼袋整形术的优缺点。方法:局麻下,于下穹隆部结膜2mm切口入路,去除眶隔脂肪,切口毋需缝合。结果:本组28例术后随访,除2例效果不甚明显(未要求二次手术),余效果均良好。结论:穹隆部结膜小切口行下睑眼袋整形术效果确切。适用于眼袋为单纯局部组织膨出不伴皮肤松弛者。Objective To Study the advantages and disadvantages of eye pouch plastic operation by small incision in conjunctival fornix. Methods 2mm inner conjunctival and then removal of lipid of eye socket. Results Among the 28 patients, 26 gained satisfactory effect. Conclusion This eye pouch plastic operation is simple and effictive.
