摘 要:本文利用光致发光荧光光谱技术,对168例肝功障碍患者和106例胃癌患者的血卟啉变化进行了观察。发现肝功障碍及胃癌患者体内锌卟啉、原卟啉含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.01)。原卟啉峰Ⅰ值的阳性率分别为89.22%和91.41%。随机选择的94例相对健康人组成的对照组,I值阳性率为25.44%。进行阳性率的t检验,差异均有显著意义(P<0.01,P<0.01)。本方法有较高的敏感性,可考虑用该法对一些高危人群进行癌症初筛或作为肝功障碍的临床诊断指标之一。Hematoporphyrin was determined by fluorescence spectroscopy in 94 relatively normal controls,168 cases of chronic hepatopathy and 106 patients with malignancy. The results showed that porphyrin increasedsingnificantly in both groups of patients than the group of control(P<0.01), especially the protoporphyrin. Wedefined that it was positive when the I of protoporphyrin was not less than 0.090.The percentages of positive re-sults of controls, groups with hepatopathy and malignancy were 25.44%, 89.22%,and 91.41%,respectively. The latter two groups were singnificantly higher than the control(P<0.01,P<0.01).The sensitivity of this method was high,the change of porphyrin would display earlier than the change of histology when the function of the liver decreased,and the signs of malignancy were not very much, so we thought that this method should be studied further and it was possible for the method to be used to determine the degree of lesion in the liver and determine the malignancy.
