摘　　要：本文报告了１１５例经病理证实鼻咽癌，基于ＣＴ表现，发现该病可分为二型：常见型（伴粘膜病变）及少见型（不伴粘膜病变）。本文将常见型肿瘤分为４期：Ｔ１局限鼻咽粘膜间隙病变；Ｔ２局限咽周浅层间隙病变；Ｔ３侵犯咽旁深层间隙病变；Ｔ４邻近器官受侵病变，其中Ｔ４ａ侵犯颅内以外器官，Ｔ４ｂ破坏颅底侵入颅内。cases with biopsy-proved nasopharyngeal carcinoma were presented. Based on the CT findings,two types of nasopharyn-geal carcinoma were found:the typical lesion with mucusal involve ment and the atypical lesion without mususal involvement.T-staging of the primary tumor in the typical lesion was recorded:T1 with involvement of mucusal space,T2 involvement of superior parapharyngeal space,T3 involvement of deeper Parapharyngeal space,T4 involvement of adjacent organs,which including T4a without cranial invasion and T4b destruction of base of skull and cranial invasion.
