摘　　要：20 0 4年世界经济强劲复苏,带动了全球钢材消费的快速增长,其中北美和欧洲钢材需求是拉动国际钢材价格指数大幅攀升的主要动力。2 0 0 5年世界经济仍处在上升期,但经济增长速度会有所回落,尽管世界钢铁工业还有一定的发展空间,但会受原料如焦炭、铁矿石等供给紧张,价格上涨的影响。The strong recovery of the world economy have brought along the speed increasing of global steel product consumption, especially in North America and Europe which become the driving power to the global steel price index increasing. The world economy is still in the upward trend in despite of the lower increasing rate. The world steel industry have still the development space, but the it should face the challenge of the price increasing of raw material, such as the coke and iron ore.
