摘　　要：将模糊数学方法用于高校科研项目综合评价,建立综合评价的数学模型,克服了非重要因素及主观因素所占权重较大的缺陷,增强了项目评审的客观性,从而有利于科研经费的合理分配使用;采用计算机进行操作,提高了工作效率,节约了评审经费,在科研管理领域具有更为广阔的应用前景。In this paper the method of Fuzzy mathematics is used for the comprehensive evaluation of scientific research items and a mathematics model is constructed, which overcomes the shortcomings that the percentage of not important factors and subjective factors is bigger, strengthens the objection of items 'evaluation. It's useful to rationally adjust the fund. It promotes the work efficiency and saves the fund of evaluating the research items to practice in computer, which has more widely practice in the region of scientific and research management.
