摘  要:以环庚三烯为原料,经氰化、环加成、水解和重排降解,全合成2-托品酮,总收率40%。本法步骤短、操作简便、收率高。Tropanone was totally synthesized from cycloheptatriene in five steps. 2-Cyano-2-tropene was prepared by reaction of 7-cyano-1,3,5-cycloheptatriene with 25% of methylamine solution in alcohol. By partially acidic hydrolysis, it was directly converted into 2-carbamido-2-tropene, which was degraded with a fresh prepared basic sodium hypochlorite solution via Hofmann rearrangement to give 2-tropanone. The overall yield was 40%.
