摘  要:使用扫描电镜加X射线能谱技术对川产及赣产川牛膝、川白芷横切面的各组织结构区域的无机成份分布情况进行定性、半定量分析及比较研究,发现川产川白芷横切面各组织结构区域的硫含量百分比均明显高于赣产川白芷,其原因可能是川产川白芷在入库前采用硫磺重蒸所致。Qualitative and half quantitative analysis and compare research were conducted on the distribution conditions of inorganic components in transsection tissue structure of cyathula root and sichuan behurian angelica root grown in Sichuan and Jiangxi Provinces by means of scanning electron microscope and X-ray spectrum technique. Results: The percentage of sulphur content in transsection tissue structure of sichuan bahurian angelica root grown in Sichuan Province was obviously higher than that grown in Jiangxi Province. It might be caused by sulphur fumigation on bahurian angelica root before keeping in storehouse.
