摘　　要：利用已经覆盖全国城乡区域98%以上的通信网络(全球数字移动通信网GSM,公共电话机网PSTN,公共数字数据网DDN)进行混合组网和新技术不断出现的计算机网络来构筑一个分布的、实时的、可动态扩展的城乡环境监测网络系统。系统由现场检测单元和监测中心组成。该系统可监测城乡环境的各种参数,也可对重点污染排放大户进行实时跟踪监测。By use of communication network, which has been covering the whole country and city more than 98 percent areas, including PSIN (public switch telecommunication network) and DDN (digital data network) and GSM (global system for mobile communication),an environment monitoring network system of urban and rural is netted and mixed with computer network in which new technology appears from time to time. The system consists of the spot measuring unit and monitor center. Many parameters of environment of urban and rural can be monitored by using this system, besides those by use of this system, major real-time monitoring can be effected on pollutant emission of big key unit.
