摘　　要：本文首先阐述基于GPIB技术的自动测试系统的组成,然后介绍了GPIB技术的特点和工作原理,最后给出自动测试系统的构建的软硬件要求,并给出了仪器的控制程序流程图。其结论对从事仪器仪表计量的同行在工作中尽快了解和正确应用GPIB技术设计自动测试系统提供参考。First , this paper evaluates the makeup of Automated test system on the basis of GPIB technology, and then introduces the characteristic and theory of GPIB technology. At last it presents the requirement of software and hardware of Automated test system configuration and the controlled program flow chart of instruments . The inclusion makes people who are at work on the measurement of instruments and meters, know and apply the GPIB technology correctly to design the Automated test system.
