红唇粘膜组织瓣在唇腭裂口鼻瘘修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索唇腭裂口鼻瘘修复的手术方法。方法在一次性修复单侧完全性唇腭裂手术中采用唇裂裂缘外侧红唇粘膜组织瓣修复牙槽嵴裂及腭部前端,采用的红唇粘膜组织瓣长约26.5mm,宽约6.5mm,长宽比为4:1。结果1995年7月～2003年3月,在235例单侧完全性唇腭裂一次性手术修复中,,红唇粘膜组织瓣全部成活,术后无1例口鼻瘘出现,效果满意。结论利用唇裂裂缘外侧的红唇粘膜组织瓣,可以修复牙槽嵴裂隙及腭部前端,封闭牙槽嵴裂隙处的口鼻腔通道,杜绝术后口鼻瘘的出现。Objective To explore an operation way of repairing oronasal fistula for patients with combination of cleft-lip and cleft-palate. Methods In once only completive the repairing operation for the single side cleft-lip and cleft-palateapplication of the red lip mucous tissue of lateral cleft edge of cleft-lip to repair gap of alveolar ridge and front end of palateand using red lip mucosa tissue valve size was about 26.5mm and 6.5mm the ratio of length and width was four to one. Results Once only the repairing operation of sigle side complitive cleft-lip and cleft-palate were carried out in 235 casesall red lip mucosa tissue valve have been survived the oronasal fistula was no occurred in any one repaired case after the operationoutcome of the operation way is considerable satisfactory.Conclusions By using red lip mucosa tissue valve of affected side can repair the gap of alveolar ridge and the frontend of palateclosed oronasal channel at gap of alveolar ridge and prevent the oronasal fistula occurrence after the operation. 
