摘  要:目的检测抑郁大鼠模型大脑和结肠组织中SOD、MDA和NO含量,探讨抑郁症大鼠大脑和结肠组织损伤的可能机制。方法建立经典的大鼠抑郁模型。分别采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法、硫代巴比妥酸法及化学方法检测大鼠结肠组织中SOD、MDA和NO的含量。结果抑郁模型大鼠较正常组其大脑和结肠组织中MDA(大脑:10.93±3.32vs2.36±0.91;结肠:10.34±2.77vs2.55±0.70;P<0.01)和NO(大脑:15.15±8.11vs4.07±1.46;结肠:11.28±5.66vs4.76±1.55;P<0.01)含量均显著增加;SOD的含量显著降低(大脑:52.03±8.79vs109.89±26.92;结肠:53.39±11.15vs84.45±22.31;P<0.01)。结论抑郁症对大鼠大脑和结肠组织的损伤可能与氧自由基及NO含量的增加有关。ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of depression on the contents of Superoxide dismutase(SOD), Malondialdehyde(MDA) and Nitric oxide(NO) in brain and colon of rats. MethodsSOD, MDA and NO in brain and colon of rat model of depression were detected by biochemistry kits. ResultsEnhanced brain and colon inflammatory response and oxidative stress were observed in the chronic stress-induced depression model of rats, which manifested as the significant increase of MDA and NO levels, while SOD activity was significantly decreased compared with the normal control. ConclusionInjuries on brain and colon of rat model of depression may be induced by increase levels of free oxygen radical and NO in brain and colon.
