广西部分地区壮、瑶、侗、汉族中学生心理健康测评分析  

Analysis of the different results of the PHI in high school students of the Zhuang Nationality, Yao Nationality, Dong Nationality and Han Nationality in the parts of Guangxi regions

摘　　要：目的探讨广西部分地区壮、瑶、侗、汉族中学生心理健康水平及个性特点。方法对741例不同民族中学生进行心理健康测查表(PHI)测查。结果男性:壮、瑶、侗族Q、L分低于常模(P<0.01或0.001),F及其余量表分均高于常模(P<0.001),汉族Q、L、F分低于常模(P<0.01或0.001),PSD、UNR、HMA分均高于常模(P<0.01或0.001),壮族Q分低于瑶、侗族(P<0.01),SOM、HYP、UNR分低于侗族(P<0.05或0.001),F、SOM、DEP、ANX分高于汉族(P<0.01),瑶族SOM、HYP分高于侗族(P<0.01),瑶、侗族Q、F、SOM、DEP、ANX、UNR分高于汉族,侗族HYP高于汉族(P<0.01)。女性:壮、瑶、侗族Q、L分均低于常模(P<0.01或0.001),除壮族HYP外,其余各临床量表分均高于全国常模(P<0.01或0.001),汉族Q、L分低于常模(P<0.05或0.001),DEP、PSD、HMA分高于常模(P<0.01)。壮族HYP分高于侗族(P<0.05),SOM、ANX高于汉族(P<0.05或0.01),瑶族SOM、ANX、UNR分高于汉族(P<0.05或0.01),侗族SOM、ANX、HYP分高于汉族(P<0.05或0.01)。结论壮、瑶、侗族学生心理健康水平较低,汉族也存在一些心理问题;各民族学生有各自的心理特点。ObjectiveTo study mental health level and personality characteristics of high school students of the Zhuang Nationality,Yao Nationality,Dong Nationality and Han Nationality in the Guangxi parts of regions.Methods741 high school students of different nationalities were investigated by PHI.Results In the male students,the scores of the Q and L in the Zhuang Nationality,Yao Nationality and Dong Nationality are lower than the average and the scores of F and the rests all are higher than the average, the scores of the Q, L and F of the male students in the Han Nationality are lower than the average and the scores of PSD,UNP all are higher than the average, the scores of Q of the male students of the Zhuang Nationality are lower than Yao Nationality and Dong Nationality and the scores of SOM, HYP and UNR are lower than Dong Nationality and the scores of Q, F, SOM, DER and ANX of the Zhuang Nationality are higher than the Han Nationality,and the scores of SOM and HYP of the Yao Nationality are higher than the Dong Nationality,the scores of the Q, F, SOM, DEP, ANX, HYP and UNR of Yao Nationality and Dong Nationality are higher than the Han Nationality. In the female students,the scores of the Q and L in the Zhuang Nationality,In Yao Nationality and Dong Nationality are lower than the average and the rests all are higher than the average except HYP of the Zhuang Nationality, and the scores of the Q and L of the female students in the Han Nationality are lower than the average and the scores of the DEP, PSD and HMA are higher than the average,the scores of HYP of the Zhuang Nationality are lower than Dong Nationality and the scores of SOM and ANX of the Zhuang Nationality are higher than Han Nationality, and the scores of SOM, ANX and UNR of the Yao Nationality are higher than Han Nationality the scores of SOM, ANX and HYP of the Dong Nationality are higher than Han Nationality.
